Part 1

Kasumi and Yoshiki arrive back home and walk inside the aparment. To their suprise, their mom is in the apartment along with Kazuki. Kazuki tells them that he's sorry, but he had to tell their mom. Kasumi and Yoshiki are both scared and can't believe that their mom already found out about their relationship. Just when Yoshiki is about to confess to their love, Kasumi's mom asks why Yoshiki moved out without telling her. Kasumi and Yoshiki are relieved that it was only about that.

Kasumi walks Kazuki out and she thanks him for not telling her mom. Kazuki tells her that he should have. He says that he was going to scold her once she came back, but once he sees her face, all that anger goes away. Kasumi blushes. Kazuki walks away and tells her that this doesn't mean that he accepted their relationship.

Yoshiki tells Kasumi that he won't move back into Kasumi's apartment until their mom goes back to New York because he doesn't know if he can be a "good brother". Kasumi is sad that they can't live with each other, but understands that it's for the best.

Kyoko calls up Kasumi and asks her to meet at a hotel lobby. Kasumi predicts that it's probably going to be about Yoshiki. She waits in the lobby for her and Kyoko shows up and asks Kasumi to follow her. To Kasumi's shock, they arrive in a room with Kyoko's family, Yoshiki, and Kasumi's mom. Kyoko tells her that she wanted to have dinner with everyone since Kasumi's mom was back in Japan. She tells Kasumi that it's for their "association that they'll be having from now on". Kasumi's mom learns that Yoshiki and Kyoko have been dating for a long time and Kyoko's father teases Kyoko about liking Yoshiki so much. Kasumi can't stand all the talk about Yoshiki and Kyoko, so she excuses herself to the restroom. Kyoko comes in to the restroom and sarcastically apologizes for tricking Kasumi. Kyoko starts talking about lovers' habits and describes Yoshiki's habits before they make love. Kasumi can't handle this and asks if she could excuse herself from dinner since she isn't feeling good. Kasumi's mom goes home with her.

Kasumi and Yoshiki are in the school library. They start making out, but Kasumi starts to think about what Kyoko said about Yoshiki's habits before making love to her. Kasumi screams, "NOOOO!"

Part 2

Kasumi starts to cry and Yoshiki is stunned with her resistance. He asks her what's wrong, but Kasumi won't answer to any of his questions. Yoshiki gets upset that Kasumi won't tell him anything. Kasumi cannot tell Yoshiki what's wrong.

Kasumi goes to see Kazuki at the restaraunt he works at.  Kazuki is happy to see Kasumi and asks her to stay until he gets off of work because he has something to show her. Kasumi waits for him and Kazuki shows her his suprise, which is a new car. Kazuki is excited and wants Kasumi to get in for a drive. If she doesn't, he can't let anyone else in. Kasumi turns red and tells him that he's such a romantic person. Kazuki turns red too and says that he only thinks of Kasumi. Kazuki tells her that he still hasn't accepted her relationship with her brother, but he doesn't want her to ignore him because of that. Kazuki stops somewhere to get some cigarettes and Kasumi decides to call Yoshiki. She is shocked to hear Kyoko's voice. Kasumi asks why Kyoko is answering Yoshiki's phone. Kyoko tells her that Yoshiki isn't feeling well and to not worry because she will take good care of him. Kasumi hangs up the phone. Kazuki gets back in the car and asks Kasumi what's wrong. Kasumi tells him that she needs to go to Yoshiki's place because Kyoko answered his phone. Kazuki tells her that of course Kyoko is going to answer Yoshiki's phone because she's Yoshiki's girlfriend. Kazuki kisses Kasumi and she bites him. She tells Kazuki that he's wrong and that she's the one who is Yoshiki's girlfriend. Kasumi runs out of the car.

Kyoko tells Yoshiki that she's glad she came over so she can take care of him. Yoshiki tells her to go home, but Kyoko ignores him and tells him that the reason why she came over was to give him photo albums of themselves. Just then, the door bell rings. Yoshiki answers it and is suprised to see Kasumi. He hugs Kasumi and tells Kyoko to go home. Kyoko runs out. Kasumi tells Yoshiki that she heard that he was sick. Yoshiki doesn't really talk to her, so Kasumi figures that he's still mad and is about to leave, but Yoshiki grabs her and asks her if it's okay to touch her now. Yoshiki pushes her onto his bed and asks why she came over when she didn't want him to touch her last time. He starts to kiss her and tells her that he's going to keep on going until Kasumi fesses up. Kasumi gives in and tells him what Kyoko told her. Yoshiki gets out of bed and picks up the photo albums Kyoko just brought over and starts to burn them. Kasumi is shocked and tells Yoshiki to stop. Yoshiki looks at her sadly and asks how he can make her feel at ease. Kasumi realizes that Yoshiki wasn't mad, but hurt. She hugs Yoshiki and tells him that she's sorry.

Yoshiki gets his forms for his move. He is about to leave the building, but turns around and gets another family register form.

Yoshiki goes over to Kasumi's apartment and she is suprised to him drenched. She tells him to come inside, but Yoshiki hugs Kasumi, holding the family register paper in his hand. Yoshiki is about to tell Kasumi something.

Part 3

Yoshiki is about to tell Kasumi something, but Kasumi's mom walks in. Yoshiki tells them that he's just going to go home. Kasumi sees that Yoshiki has something in his hand and tries to look at it, but Yoshiki snatches his hand away and goes home. Kasumi wonders if that was the official copy of the family register.

As Yoshiki leaves, he looks up at Kasumi's apartment and throws away the family register paper. Kyoko watches him in the rain.

Kasumi's mom is looking through photo albums and Kasumi asks why her parents got a divorce. Her mom tells her that it was probably because it was both their second time getting married and they probably tried too hard to make it work the second time. Kasumi notices that there's something strange...there are no baby pictures of Yoshiki. Kasumi asks her mom why there aren't any pictures of Yoshiki when he was a baby, but her mom stops, waves off the question and leaves the room. Kasumi wonders if she asked something bad. She thinks, I wonder why Mom never told me that they were both previously married. Maybe he's not really my father...wait, then I can understand why there's no pictures of Yoshiki when he was a baby. Maybe Mom felt bad and didn't say anything. That they both already had children of their own. She remembers Yoshiki bringing the family register form and how he called her by her name. She thinks that maybe her and Yoshiki aren't related after all....

Kasumi stops by Kazuki's work and tells him that her and Yoshiki are possibly not related.  Kazuki thinks that it's only Kasumi's wishful thinking, but sees that she is serious. Kasumi tells him that her and Yoshiki could possibly be just a woman and a man in love. As Kasumi leaves, Kazuki says to himself that if what she said is true, then he has no choice but to accept it, but he won't give up on her.

Kasumi and Yoshiki see their mom off at the airport and Kasumi asks if there's anything her mom wants to tell them before she leaves. Kasumi's mom stops for a second and just tells them to get along and take care of themselves. Yoshiki and Kasumi watch the airplane take off outside and are excited about finally being able to be with one another. Kasumi tells Yoshiki that she wants to go to the beach since it's such a nice day. Yoshiki tells her that he just has to make some phone calls real quick and will be right back. As Kasumi is waiting for him, Kyoko approaches her. Kyoko tells her that she was pretty shocked the other day when Yoshiki told her to go home. She says that she probably deserves that anyway since she's been pretty evil lately. But she says that she deserves to do at least one or two evil things because she lost to Kasumi's 1 day of meeting Yoshiki compared to her 12 years with him. Kasumi tries to interrupt her, but Kyoko throws a ball of paper at her. She tells Kasumi that she picked that up after Yoshiki threw it away the day he went to Kasumi's apartment in the rain. Kyoko takes off yelling that reality is not that easy to throw away. Kasumi picks up the paper and is shocked at what she sees.

Yoshiki comes back and they go to the beach. Yoshiki is about to tell her that he got the copy of the family register because he thought that maybe they possibly weren't brother and sister. Kasumi runs out to the beach and yells, "You came all the way to my place to tell me that we're siblings after all!?" Yoshiki tells her that he has never thought of her as his sister. Yoshiki reminds her that she thought the same way as well and that she told them that they will go to hell together. Kasumi thinks to herself that she should've realized it sooner. That her and Yoshiki's names have their mom's letters (kanji) in it. Kasumi tells Yoshiki that she can't do this anymore because she realized what a terrible thing she is doing. Kazuki pulls up in his car and calls out Kasumi's name. She tells Yoshiki that she called Kazuki to pick her up. Yoshiki asks her if she's going to just throw him away. Kasumi pushes him away and tells him, "No, I'm going to be released from you." Kasumi starts walking towards Kazuki as she is crying. Yoshiki begs her not to go and that he loves her. That he doesn't know how to love anyone the way he loves her. In her thoughts, Kasumi thinks the same way. Yoshiki yells after her, "We both decided to choose sin, didn't we!? It's not my fault that I was born your brother!". Kasumi thinks, I love you more than anyone else in this world.

Part 4

Kasumi is with her friends and Kazuki. Her girl friends are talking about having goukons (social gatherings; meeting the opposite sex). Kazuki interrupts and tells Kasumi that there's a great guy right in front of her. Kasumi jokes around tells him that she can't see very well lately.

~PAST~

Kasumi meets with Kyoko and tells her that she will give back Yoshiki to Kyoko. She tells Kyoko that Yoshiki will soon realize what a stupid thing he had done.

~PRESENT~

Kasumi tells herself that all she wanted was happiness.

Kyoko calls Yoshiki and wants to get together with him. She tells him that his sister was smiling and gave Yoshiki back to her. Yoshiki tells Kyoko that he does not want to meet with her, but Kyoko tells him that she'll be waiting for him in front of Aruta at 5 pm and that she'll wait there until he comes.

Yoshiki, upset, grabs Kasumi at school and tells her to stop telling Kyoko things and that he is not a "thing". Kasumi tells him that they should both forget about their relationship for their own good. Yoshiki grabs her wrist and puts on kiss mark on it. He tells her that this is evidence that she is his. Kasumi slaps Yoshiki and tells him that she's not a "thing" either. Kazuki finds Kasumi and tells her that the teacher is looking for. Kasumi leaves. Yoshiki tells Kazuki that he's pretty good at interrupting them and Kazuki asks him to call it "saving" them.

Yoshiki is walking and sees Kyoko waiting and sitting outside. Kyoko tells him that he's 5 hours late, but she doesn't mind because he came anyway. Yoshiki is just in shock and tells her that she needs to stop doing things like this for him because he can only feel sorry for her. He confesses that he even forgot that she was waiting for him. He just happened to see her as he walking outside. Kyoko hugs him and tells him she loves him no matter what. She wonders out loud if love is about being foolish. Yoshiki replies, "If that's the case...there's foolish people everywhere."

Kasumi and her friends get together at the place Kazuki works at and her friends invite Yoshiki too. Yoshiki sits next to Kasumi and she asks him if he renewed his lease at his apartment. Yoshiki tells her that he has no choice because Kasumi won't let her back in her place. Kasumi tells him that he has Kyoko. This shocks Yoshiki.

A boy comes up to Kasumi and asks about the bruise (the kiss mark Yoshiki gave her) on her wrist. He is about to touch it, but Yoshiki gets mad, grabs Kasumi's hand and tells the guy not to touch her. Everyone is suprised by this and Yoshiki apologizes and goes home. Kasumi, smiling, puts her wrist next to her cheek and mumbles what a kid Yoshiki is.

As Yoshiki is walking out, Kazuki comes up to him and calls him a kid and that he's not thinking about Kasumi at all. He tells Yoshiki that he should only think of her happiness. Yoshiki tells him that Kazuki can't make her happy anyway. Kazuki gets mad and slams his fist against the wall.

Kazuki helps Kasumi home since she is drunk. Kazuki tries to talk seriously with Kasumi, but she dodges all his questions and jokingly says that she doesn't like guys that talk about boring things. Kazuki starts kissing Kasumi and asks her, "How about forgetting with your body first?" Kasumi is suprised at what he says.  Kazuki explains that even if her feelings can't forget about Yoshiki, her body can learn that it's "wrong" first. Kazuki tells her that he can blindfold her so she can even think of Yoshiki while she's making love to Kazuki. Kazuki blindfolds her and they start to have sex. The entire time, Kasumi cannot stop thinking about Yoshiki. Kasumi starts to understand the meaning of the kissmark Yoshiki put on her wrist. It wasn't for evidence. It's not that everyone's going to look at it, it's looking at eveyone.

Yoshiki is standing outside looking sad and says out loud, "Please don't be happy when I'm not there, sister." Kasumi thinks, I don't want a happiness where there's no Yoshiki in my life.
