Part 1

Yoshiki wakes up from his surgery and sees that Kasumi is not there. He starts to panick and gets out of bed to go look in the hallway, but she is still nowhere to be found.

Kyoko is happy to know that her scar is not erased. The doctor tells her that Andou translated for her telling him that the scar means everything to her. Kyoko can't believe that her wishes came true. She was going to give up on Yoshiki if her scar was gone, but now that it's still there, she's decided to keep on loving him.

Yoshiki bangs over and over on his mother's door. It takes her awhile to get up to answer it because she is messed up and tired from all the drinking she's been doing from all the drama that's been going on. As she starts to open the door, Yoshiki bursts the door open and demands to know where Kasumi is. His mom has no idea what he is talking about and starts getting mad at him for accusing her of kidnapping Kasumi when Yoshiki's the one who stole Kasumi from her. She starts pounding on Yoshiki's chest when Andou stops her. Yoshiki asks Andou where Kasumi is and he tells Yoshiki that Kasumi left on a plane back to Japan. He tells Yoshiki to go check himself.

Yoshiki goes to the airport to check if Kasumi got on a flight to Japan and indeed she did. Yoshiki is in disbelief. He waits for a flight to Japan. While he is waiting, he thinks about what Kasumi told Andou. Kasumi tells him that she wishes that she could've done more couple-like things with Yoshiki. She explains that she is so in love with Yoshiki that she's afraid of losing him. And she can't stand being alone right now. Yoshiki snaps out of it and starts to go on a flight to Japan, but a man stops him from going because Yoshiki's leg starts to bleed. Yoshiki tells them that he's fine, but everyone is concerned and they call an ambulance for him. Yoshiki desperately tries to free himself, but there are too many people holding him down. Yoshiki yells Kasumi's name...

Part 2

Kasumi goes to visit Kazuki's grave and there her friends see her and are excited to see her again. They tell her that they had an idea that Kasumi would be at Kazuki's grave because it was Obon (Latern Festival; holiday in Japan where you go pay respect to the dead...visit their graves). Kasumi tells herself that she wasn't even thinking about that.

The doctor yells at Yoshiki for causing trouble again. He tells Yoshiki that he's going to have to put restraints on him because it's his duty as a doctor to see him recover fully. Yoshiki yells at everyone and tells them to let him go. Kyoko asks Andou what's wrong with Yoshiki and he tells her that Kasumi left Japan and tells her the reason. Kyoko is very mad at how selfish and arrogant Kasumi is. She yells how much she hates Kasumi more than anything in the world. Andou agrees with Kyoko and says that he hates both Kasumi and Yoshiki for being so selfish.

Back in Japan, Kasumi and her friends are talking and the girls joke around with Kasumi saying that she probably ran away with some guy and then came back to Japan because things didn't work out. Kasumi starts to get irritated. The girls go on and suggest having a goukon (social gathering between men & women), but Kasumi can't take it anymore and yells, "Leave me alone!!". Kasumi tells herself that she can't love anyone else besides Yoshiki.

The nurse goes to check in on Yoshiki. Yoshiki notices her looking at him and asks her if she has interest in him. The nurse tells him she does because he's the talk of the hospital and asks him if all the rumors are really true. Yoshiki grabs the nurse and says, "That I do it with my real sister". The nurse starts to get scared. Yoshiki looks at her with cold eyes and tells her that he'll show her how he makes love to his sister. The nurse screams out "NOOOO!". The doctor and other nurses come in to see what's going on and the doctor threatens to kick Yoshiki out. Yoshiki tells him that that's what he wants anyway and to hurry and kick him out so he won't be troublesome to everybody anymore.

Kyoko goes to see Yoshiki later and tells him that she can't believe what an uproar he caused and that she's never seen him get so angry the 12 years that they've been together. She notices Yoshiki's passport and can't believe that that was the only thing Yoshiki was planning on taking with him. Yoshiki tells her that he, himself, is the only thing he needs to take.

Kasumi is sitting at home depressed. Her friends leave a message on the answering machine apologizing for teasing her earlier. Kasumi feels bad for reacting the way she did. The phone rings again and Kasumi lets the answering machine pick it up. It's Yoshiki. Kasumi's heart starts to pound and she goes to take a shower. She can't stand listening to his voice because she starts to lose her mind. She masturbates in the shower thinking about Yoshiki. Yoshiki leaves a message telling her that he'll be on the first flight to Japan in the morning.

After Yoshiki hangs up the phone, Kyoko comes up to him and tells him that he's a bad boy. She holds up his passport and starts burning it telling him that she should've done this a long time ago.

Part 3

Yoshiki tries to stop Kyoko from burning his passport, but it's too late. Yoshiki is so mad that he is about to hit her, but stops when Kyoko tells him to do it. She tells him that she'd much rather be hated than ignored or forgotten.

Kasumi wakes up the next morning and listens to Yoshiki's voice admiringly on the answering machine again. She's shocked to hear the rest of the message about Yoshiki coming on the first flight to Japan. Kasumi starts to panick and runs out of the house.

Ren checks up on Kasumi's mom and sees that she's been locked up in her home doing nothing. He suggests that maybe she should go back to work so she can get in the hang of things again and feel al ittle better. Kasumi's mom tells him that she's been thinking about going to back to Japan to live with Kasumi because she thinks that Kasumi is mistaking "love" for Yoshiki as a man because Kasumi never had family when she was growing up. Ren tells her that he'll go check up on Kasumi instead. Eventually, she agrees to let Ren go instead. Ren leaves and mumbles to himself, "If she were to quit, I wouldn't be able to spend as much time with her".

Yoshiki is arguing with the doctor again telling him that he just wants to go to the embassy to get a new passport. The doctor tells him that he cannot let Yoshiki go. Then he changes the subject by telling him that Kyoko's parents are at the hospital to take Kyoko back to Japan. Yoshiki is relieved.

Outside of the hospital, Kyoko's parents ask why she got hurt and her father tells her that he'll erase that scar for her no matter how much it costs. Kyoko tells them that she doesn't want to erase it because it's her seal of love for Yoshiki.

Back in Japan, Kasumi has a girls' night out with the girls. She is trying to have fun, but can't stop thinking about what Yoshiki is doing at that moment.

Ren arrives at Kasumi's apartment and sees that she has a message on her answering machine. He plays the message and it's Yoshiki explaining that something happened to his passport, so he has to get a new one an won't be able to come back to Japan for awhile. Ren erases the message.

Kasumi returns home and sees that all the lights are turned off. She goes inside and is shocked that Yoshiki is not there. She hears someone fumbling with the door, so she rushes to it calling out his name, but is disappointed to see Ren instead. Ren lies to Kasumi telling her that Yoshiki stayed in New York to stay by Kyoko's side since her surgery didn't go well. Kasumi starts going ballistic and tells Ren that he is lying and that noone else can have Yoshiki but her. Yoshiki is all hers.

Kyoko's dad asks Yoshiki to talk to him. Yoshiki is suprised to see him and agrees to have a talk. Kyoko's dad tells himt that he vowed he would never to talk to Yoshiki since he betrayed his daughter and top of that she is hurt because of him. Yoshiki feels bad and starts to apologize for Kyoko's wound, but Kyoko's dad asks him, "If you feel even a little bad for what's happened, could you marry Kyoko?" Yoshiki is shocked.

Part 4

Yoshiki is in shock to see Kyoko's dad on his knees begging him to marry Kyoko. Then Yoshiki sees Kyoko watching, standing behind a tree, and starts walking towards her. Kyoko's dad sees her as well and swears to Yoshiki that his daughter didn't know anything about it. Kyoko tells Yoshiki that she doesn't want her father doing this for her either. Yoshiki drops down to his knees and asks Kyoko to just forget about him. Kyoko is in shock that Yoshiki will go this far for Kasumi. She tells him that she will agree to give up on him.

Ren tells Kasumi to get ready so they can go to the ward office to get the family register for a new passport. He notices Kasumi looking at a photo album and is shocked to see Kasumi's father. He spaces out for a moment while Kasumi tells him that she's not leaving the house until Yoshiki comes. When Ren doesn't respond, she asks him what's wrong. Ren snaps out of it and tells her that that's fine and leaves. He starts to think about Kasumi's mom and how protective she is over Kasumi.

Ren goes to the ward's office, but the employee is having trouble finding Kasumi's name under Kasumi Andou. Finally, Ren tells them that her maiden name is Suzumura and they find her family register. Ren is shocked to see the papers. Ren calls Kasumi's mom and asks her what's going on. Kasumi's mom doesn't know what's going on first, but Ren tells her that he went to the ward's office and found out that the marriage papers were never admitted. He asks her why Kasumi's mom can't trust him and accuses her of not being able to let Kasumi go because she looks like her ex-husband. Kasumi's mom tries to explain and calm him down, but Ren yells, "If you were looking at that person inside of Kasumi then there's no room for me!", and hangs up. Ren is frustrated and starts to thinking about giving up on her, but then he realizes something...

Kyoko agrees to forget about Yoshiki, but in return, she wants Yoshiki to sign marriage papers. She won't touch Yoshiki ever again, but she wants the social acceptance of her being Yoshiki's wife. She will forever be Yoshiki's wife to the public and that is her revenge on Yoshiki and Kasumi. Kyoko's dad is shocked to hear this. Before Yoshiki says anything, the nurse tells Yoshiki that he has an urgent phone call. Yoshiki takes off to answer the phone. As he leaves, Kyoko's dad asks her why she did that if she loves him. Kyoko tells him that it doesn't even matter if she loves him or hates him anymore and that she doesn't even know what she feels anymore.

Yoshiki gets on the phone and asks Kasumi why she left all of a sudden. Kasumi asks him why he's still there and that she's waiting for him. Kasumi tells him that she's been thinking about how shameless she is for loving her brother so much. Yoshiki comforts her by saying that they were born as sister and brother to meet each other. Kasumi agrees and believes that their fate was to commit sin. She tells him to hurry home. Yoshiki tells her that he just filled out an application for a passport, so he should be getting one soon. Kasumi asks him if that's the reason why he didn't come. Yoshiki is confused and tells her that he left her a message. Kasumi tells him that she never got it. Just then, Ren comes behind Kasumi and grabs her. The phone drops and Yoshiki calls out Kasumi's name. Ren pins Kasumi down to the bed as she pleads for him to stop. Yoshiki is on the other line shouting for Ren to stop. Kasumi asks Ren why he is doing this to her now and Ren tells her, "We're going to make a replacement with Yuka's blood mixed. Me and your kid". Yoshiki and Kasumi are both shocked. Kasumi yells for him to stop and screams for Yoshiki's help, but Ren gives her no mercy. Yoshiki yells out Kasumi's name....
