Part 1

Kasumi's mom tells Kasumi that she wants to have a wedding for her.  Kasumi agrees to do so and they all (Kasumi, Yoshiki, Kasumi's mom, Ren and Kyoko) have dinner. Ren pulls out a ring for Kasumi and tries to put it on her finger, but Kasumi pulls her hand away as the ring falls to the ground. Ren and Kasumi's mom act like nothing is wrong and Ren plays it off for Kasumi saying that she probably wanted a different ring.

Yoshiki and Kyoko are about to leave to go back to the hospital. Before they leave, Kasumi and Yoshiki are hold each other's hand underneath the table. In the taxi, Kyoko asks Yoshiki where he's going with his sister, Kasumi, after he recovers. Yoshiki doesn't say anything except that he's thankful that Kyoko's helping him. Kyoko gets really upset and yells at herself for being in love with such a horrible man.

The next morning, Kasumi's mom is running late for work. Kasumi helps her out and puts her mom's work papers in her bag. She notices her passport in there!

At work, Kasumi's mom apologizes to her boss and puts her things back in her purse when she realizes that Kasumi's passport is missing. She panicks and tells Ren what happened.

Kasumi is walking back to the hospital and wonders why her mom was still hiding the passport. If her mom had lost her memory, there's no reason why she should have to hide it. She wonders if her mom's memory had come back.

Kasumi goes to see Yoshiki and happily tells him that she found her passport. Kasumi's mom comes up behind her and tells Kasumi to give the passport back to her, but Kasumi refuses to. Kasumi's mom pleads with her and asks her why Kasumi goes against her so much when she used to listen to her all the time. Kasumi realizes then that her mom's memory loss was all an act. Yoshiki tells his mom that she probably would've been better off if she really did forget. Kasumi's mom loses it at this point and tells him that the reason why Kasumi became such a bad girl was because she met Yoshiki. Kasumi notices that her mom's acting a little funny and so does Ren. Kasumi's mom picks up a knife charges towards Yoshiki. Kasumi tries to protect him, but Kyoko protects him instead and is stabbed in her stomach! Yoshiki and Kasumi stare at Kyoko in shock. Kyoko tells them that she's not going let them go together anywhere.

Part 2

The nurse comes in and takes care of Kyoko and Kasumi's mom. Kasumi tries to comfort Kyoko and tells her that help is on the way. Kyoko grabs Kasumi's hair and tells her that now Kasumi and Yoshiki can't go anywhere and she can be by Yoshiki's side. The nurse and doctor carry Kyoko away and Yoshiki asks Kasumi what Kyoko told her. Kasumi just hugs Yoshiki with a scared look on her face.

Kasumi's mom is ina hospital bed and can't believe what she had done. Ren tries to comfort her and tells her that she probably did that because she was just tired and confused. Kasumi's mom tells him that whatever the reason, she is afraid of herself.

Kasumi goes into her mom's room and her mom is happy to see her and asks Kasumi if she is hurt anywhere. Kasumi yells at her and tells her that she is horrible for acting like she had memory loss. She used Kasumi's memories and went ahead with the marriage papers. She played around with Kasumi's feelings until the very end. But the thing that made Kasumi angry the most was that Kasumi's mom tried to take away Yoshiki from her. She asks her mom why she always blames Yoshiki and tells her that the next time she tries to stab someone to stab her instead and walks out. Kasumi's mom drops to her knees and feels bad for what she did. Ren asks her why she always wants to "save" Kasumi, but never Yoshiki when he's her son too.

Yoshiki is by Kyoko's bedside when she wakes up. Kyoko starts to get upset and tells him that she knows that he thinks that she is pitiful for doing this and that this isn't going to make Yoshiki love her. Yoshiki hugs Kyoko and tells her that she should have surgery so she won't have a scar from the wound.

Kasumi is on her way to Yoshiki's room when Ren stops her and tells her that her mom is really depressed, so he wants Kasumi by her side. Kasumi tells Ren that she can never forgive her mom for what she did and slams the door on Ren.

Yoshiki assures Kasumi that her mom will never hurt her. Kasumi starts to cry and runs into Yoshiki's arms and tells him that she's mad because she couldn't protect him and Kyoko did instead. Yoshiki holds onto her and tells her that he's glad that Kasumi didn't get hurt. If that were to happen, he would've definitely killed his mom. Kasumi and Yoshiki kiss each other and start to make love.

The next day Yoshiki pays a visit to his mom's place. Kasumi's mom is shocked to see him, but let's him in. She tells him that she's sorry for what she did and that she should've been the one to go to him first. Yoshiki tells her not to worry about since he knows why she hates him so much. His mom's heart thumps and she nervously tells him that she doesn't know what he is talking about. Yoshikik tells her that she doesn't have to hide it anymore.

Part 3

Kasumi goes into Yoshiki's room, but he is not there. She wonders where he is at.

Yoshiki tells his mom that he knows why she hates him so much. When she got a divorce, she was still in love with her husband. That's why she took Kasumi since she looked and acted like her father. And Yoshiki looks like his mother insided and out and that why she hates him so much because everytime she looks at Yoshiki's face, it reminds her of herself and how her husband never loved her.

Back at the hospital, Kyoko is screaming to the doctors that she doesn't want surgery to get rid of her scar. Kasumi and Ren go to check up on her as Ren asks her why. Kyoko glares at Kasumi and tells her that she wants this wound because this is the only mark that ties her to Yoshiki. The nurse and doctor roll Kyoko away. Kasumi asks Ren if the wound will be fixed clean. Ren thinks that Kasumi is worried about Kyoko, but Kasumi is jealous instead. She doesn't want a scar for Yoshiki left on some other woman's body. Ren wonders aloud why everyone won't quit. Why is everyone in a love where noon is happy?

Kasumi's mom gets upset asks Yoshiki if his father told him that he never love her. She tells Yoshiki that his father is the one who said that she was to busy with her work and told her that there's no meaning to be with her. Yoshiki tells her that that's why she took Kasumi was for herself. His mom explains to Yoshiki that Kasumi is a really good daughter, but Yoshiki tells her that Kasumi doesn't need her, but him. Yoshiki gets up and starts to leave. He tells her that if she wants to try killing him again, now is her chance and that if she doesn't do it now, she might regret it because he's going to take Kasumi. Yoshiki leaves and his mom drops to her knees.

Kasumi goes outside to look for Yoshiki as Ren follows her. She notices that the people around her are looking at her funny. They all start to yell at her for being dirty and having incest. They tell her to leave the hospital. Kasumi doesn't understand English, but tells them, "YES". She says it over and over to the other patients as they look at her in shock and leave angrily. Ren tries to calm her down and stop her. Kasumi stops and tells Ren that she doesn't understand English, but she can get the vibe of what they were saying. She tells him that she doesn't care what they think or that she's immoral. Just then, Yoshiki walks up behind her and Kasumi looks back at him lovingly thinking that from the day she first met him, she lost all her sanity.

Kasumi notices that her mom is behind Yoshiki with a knife. Kasumi tells Yoshiki to watch out and tries to protect him, but instead, her mom slits her own wrist and tells Kasumi that she loves her.

Part 4

Kasumi's mom drops down to the ground as Ren goes by her side to help her out. Kasumi just stares at her mom in shock. Kasumi's mom reaches out for Kasumi, but Kasumi stays at where she is and shakes her head. Kasumi's mom is shocked. Kasumi tells her that she's going to get a nurse, but Ren stops her and tells Yuka (Kasumi's mom) to get into the taxi and go home. Ren wants to stay by Yuka's side, but she tells him to stay by Kasumi's side. Kasumi asks Ren why she didn't just go to the hospital when they're at the very place. Ren tells her that Yuka didn't cut her wrist too deeply, so she should be okay. Plus, he didn't want her to go into this hospital when there are all sorts of rumors about the family already regarding the incest. Ren gets really angry and tells Kasumi and Yoshiki that they might be prepared to go to hell, but it's the people around them that are seeing hell.

Kasumi goes to see her mom and tells her that she was always a good girl for her and she always did what her mom wanted her to do, but now she found something else. Kasumi's mom asks if Kasumi is going to leave her and Kasumi tells her that it's for her mother's own good. Kasumi gives her mom a cold smile and tells her that the Oinarisans were delicious.

Kasumi goes back to Yoshiki's room, hugs him, and tells him that it's all over. Yoshiki suggests that they go out for a walk like a date. Kasumi and Yoshiki are joking around and having fun when Yoshiki jokingly acts like he falls down and is hurt. Kasumi gets really scared and runs to him. Yoshiki tells her that he was just joking, but Kasumi gets really upset and pounds his chest. She looks up at him crying and Yoshiki apologizes. Kasumi tells herself in her thoughts that if Yoshiki were to disappear in front of her, her heart wouldn't be able to handle it.

Kasumi tells Yoshiki that she'll be waiting for him in the hallway after he's done with his surgery.

Kasumi is sitting down and Ren comes to sit next to her. Ren tells her that Yoshiki is probably going to hate her after he opens his eyes when he finds out that Kasumi isn't at the hospital, but at the airport. Kasumi tells Ren that if she were to stay and try to explain to Yoshiki, he probably wouldn't understand anyway. Kasumi starts to cry and tells herself in her thoughts that she loves Yoshiki so much that she can't be with him. She tells Ren that she's mad at herself for being such a coward and that she can't protect this one love.
